Royal Mail printed stamps to commemorate Team GB gold medals,
issued them within 24 hours of the win and painted a Post Box Gold in the medal winners home town.

The Medal Winners stamps were printed as miniature sheets of 6 stamps in sheets of 4 miniature sheets with different left hand borders
1 Team GB logo & Olympic rings, 2 "The XXX Olympiad", 3 Bar code, 4 GMW07 Issue date 4 August 2012/Printer location Edinburgh & logo.
